“Steve performed wonders with our downstairs cloakroom. He directed us towards an easy use toilet flusher as my mother-in-law has arthritis and struggles with the normal push button; he advised on tile quality & quantity and fetched the things; he liaised with the plumbing unit supplier when incorrect units were sent; and he sorted out our upstairs loo that two other plumbers had looked at. In terms of the quality of his work, it was absolutely top notch. Brilliant tiling, thoughtful unit fitting, always clean and tidy. I highly recommend him.”
